Design is a never ending process of refinement. It is also an imperative to enhance an experience with an item or interface. I look at everything around me and start immediately thinking how can I make it better. I am very influenced by best practice in design and quite annoyed by bad design. User Interface and user experience are most important to me, and they are the focus in my training and productions. The are also the fields I consult in.
